Wedding Invite Request Form

Information I’ll need..

1. Sizes of Save the Date + Invites you would like from the price list. A5 Double Sided is most popular

2. Your ideal save the date, and Invite send out time frame. ( Save the date suggestion is 6-12 months before the wedding / Invites are 4-5 months before.

3. An idea of potential extras. These will be designed later on once we’ve established your ideal overall theme

4.Photos:

Venue and reception Images, if you’d like them illustrated.

Personal touches you would like adding in. eg, Pets, Wedding Car, Bridal Boquet, Bridesmaid dress colour/ or colour theme you’ve chosen. ( working from your boquet is an great way to start)

Photos of Invites you’ve loved in the past helps create a theme too.

5. A word document of your invite wording, If you aren’t sure I can give you some options.
